Iranol Quality Improvement Plan

Project Capacity:

5,271,600 tons per year

Year of Launch:

1403

Progress Percentage:

68%

This plan has been designed to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs at the Iranol Petrochemical Complex. Production efficiency is improved through optimization of chemical processes and upgrading of key equipment. Installing new catalysts in the main reactors leads to an increased conversion rate of raw materials into high-value products.

Reconstruction of heat exchangers and updating the heat transfer systems will result in reduced energy consumption. Implementation of advanced control systems with automatic adjustment of operational parameters enhances process precision. Solvent recovery and optimization of refrigeration cycles are other integral components of this plan.

Reduction of raw material losses is achieved through the installation of vapor recovery systems and improvement of storage methods. Training technical personnel for optimal use of modern equipment is also a priority. These measures are expected to increase overall production efficiency by up to 18% and reduce energy consumption by 25%.

The use of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, for predicting product quality and optimizing raw material composition, is a key innovation in this plan. Reducing production waste and improving the quality of final products are also among the expected outcomes. This project, while maintaining environmental and safety standards, is a major step toward the sustainable development of the country’s petrochemical industry.

Successful implementation of this plan requires collaboration with domestic experts and the use of the latest technological achievements. Careful planning has been conducted to ensure phased execution of the project with minimal disruption to production lines. The return on investment is expected within a reasonable time frame, thanks to savings from reduced energy and raw material consumption.
